There are certain pieces of furniture, accessories and even art that I consider timeless and classic in almost any setting. There are some pieces that are just fool proof! One of my favorite classics is the Tulip Table designed by Eero Saarinen for KNOLL. Designed in 1956, Eero wanted to create a table that was uncluttered by standard legs and this pedestal table was then introduced. It is now available in several finishes including various marbles, woods and laminates and a variety of sizes. You will also find reproductions of the licensed version if you are not ready to invest in the collectible original.
As you can see below......the table works in almost any room. The clean lines just work with any chair and any genre of design. I absolutely love it (and hope to own one for myself one day!)
